What started as playful discussions about starting a food truck eventually evolved into the creation of The Mill. From Empire Cheese in Campbellford for our cheese, to the hormone-free, grass-fed Black Angus beef from Cleary Ranch & Cattle Co. in Keene, and the fresh bread products from Kawartha Wholesale Bakery in Lindsay - we bring the essence of our community to your plate. Let's not forget the delightful dairy products sourced from Kawartha Dairy in Bobcaygeon and the maple syrup from Red Mill Maple Syrup right here in our town.
